Get ready for bug season this summer! Campers will become “official entomologists” by learning about the anatomy of certain insects, their life cycle, and so much more!

Week 1
Traveling Around the World

JUN 26th-30th

All aboard the FasTrack Supersonic Exploring airplane! Azora and FasTracKids will fly to different countries across the world while learning games, famous landmarks and delicious foods found in those countries. The countries that are explored are Italy, Brazil, Egypt and the USA.

Week 2

Mother Earth

JUL 3rd & 5th-7th

The Earth reveals all of its wonders and variety as children explore climate, geology, and the powerful forces of nature. Computer activities and games allow children to take “life-like” imaginary world journeys to examine and explore the composition of the Earth from its surface to its core. A fun way to appreciate the planet our children will be inheriting.

Week 3
Young Scientist, Old Bones

JUL 10th-14th

Your child will meet Dr. Dino, a paleontologist who will guide the students as they explore the land of dinosaurs with his friend Terrance, the flying reptile. Kids get to dig in the dirt to experience how paleontologists make fossil discoveries and learn about the world of the past. Don’t miss the FasTracKids Dinosaur Museum, which will showcase your child’s projects!

Week 4

Broadway Star

JUL 17th-21st

Enjoy an introduction to the fantasy world created in the theater. Examine various aspects of theater production, including taking on an acting role, analyzing a scene, designing a set, and performing for others. Play theater games, improvise, create a stage presence, and create characters. Integrate music, dance, and your talent into performances that audiences will enjoy. Demonstrate how theatrical you can be in front of FasTracKids audience!

Young Entrepreneurs

JUL 24th-28th

Become the next entrepreneur! The course is designed to expose the interested student to many functions of modern business using analytical and problem-solving skills. Topics such as business environment, management, marketing, accounting, and data processing are discussed in an introductory manner. If you’re thinking about starting your own business in the future, this is the right course for you! You will learn everything from how to develop proven marketing techniques to traditional and nontraditional financing options.

Week 6

Painters & Clay Masters

 July 31st-Aug 4th

Are you a Van Gogh or a Picasso? Whatever your style, find your inner artist through this extension of painting techniques by exploring the history of art. You will paint works modeled after the style of your choice. You will be sculpting with clay and learning about art in other cultures. Your masterpieces are up to you! Guidance will be provided by an experienced artist.

Week 7
Anatomy of Me – Future Doctors

AUG 7th-11th

Through the exploration of different major body systems, such as the skeletal, respiratory, digestive, and circulatory & nervous systems, your child will explore human anatomy and learn to develop healthy habits along the way.

 

Week 8

Destination Constellation

AUG 14th-18th

Campers explore spatial and abstract thinking as they learn about space travel, the sun, the moon, and the planets. “Virtual” trips through space even allow them to learn and understand “mind-blowing” facts like gravity and weightlessness.

Week 9
Marine Biologist

AUG 21st-25th

How does the ocean support life? Embark on a virtual tour of aquatic creatures great and small. We travel from seashores to Arctic and Antarctic oceans to explore the depths of the ocean floor. Work collaboratively and individually to explore and understand how the marine environment functions.

Week 10

Food Scientist

AUG 28th-1st SEP

Why do onions make you cry? Do you see your kitchen as your lab? Work collaboratively and individually to explore the chemical reactions necessary for us to enjoy our food. Discover at the molecular level what occurs when dough expands or a sauce thickens.
